Servicing Policy

Prior to sending in your equipment, you can email or call ahead with any questions.  I will update you upon receiving the package, thus, don’t forget to include your contact information along with the package.

You will be notified after the evaluation of the initial inspection and assessment on the condition of each camera/lens.  Under some circumstances, issues may be found after the lens is disassembled.

The turn-around time is about one to two weeks.  When the servicing is finished, you will receive an email or phone call.  Payment for the service, return shipping and handling will be made upon completion.  Insurance can be added at an additional cost.
